People decide they want to be together for the rest of their lives and stand in particular places and say so in front of other people and there is kissing and an exchange of rings. And as far as where children come from I have been assured that it requires the presence of a gender that did not occur within the tower I did not expect to ever leave so I did not have to worry about spontaneously falling pregnant.
